We participate with Medicare Part B only. All other insurances are out of network. We will courtesy bill for patients who pay at the time of service for any allowable out of network charges payable to the patient.
*Please note we cannot accept HMO or Medicare Advantage HMO plans your insurance will not cover any services we offer medically.
*We are not a Medicaid provider
